FABRICATION AND CONSTRUCTION
The Middle East Industrial Training Institute is housed in 12,000 square meter plot, equipped with state of the art workshop welding facility. In the year 2006, MEITI has been approved by AWS as “Certified Welding Fabricator Facility”, Participating Organization and Accredited Test Facility.
Through this, the company has the capacity to provide an in-house or support all field engineering construction structural projects using qualified manpower resources including engineers, welders, fabricators and highly qualified technical people to carry out the necessary workshop and fabrication activities meeting the clients quality requirements.
Adequate and well maintained equipment, such as multi process welding machines with high capacity operation suitable for production welding , lathing equipment, shearing machine, milling, drilling, bending, rolling and other mechanical equipment are available to cater various projects thus, MEITI boost A TOTAL SOLUTION IN FABRICATION WELDING SERVICES:
- Fabrication of various steel structures in accordance with client requirements.
- Towers, Tanks, Pipeline, Platform, fittings/ connections, or any special shutdown requirements.
- Preparation of appropriate Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
- Procedure Qualification Services (PQR) as per project requirements
- Welding Consultancy
- Welder Performance Qualification as per AWS, ASME, API, BS , EN or as per client requirements
